# İhraç

Yeni Honey basımı işlemi, ihraç olarak ifade edilir. Şu anda Honey arzı yılda %30 oranında artacak şekilde belirlenmiştir. Mevcut arza Honey eklendiğinde, doğrudan Ortak Havuza gider ve buradan teklifler yoluyla dağıtılabilir. İhraç oranı, [karar teklifleri](/tuerkce/projects/honey/decisions.md) yoluyla düzenlenebilir.

Mevcut ihraç politikası, herkesin ortak havuza Honey basması için bir fonksiyon çağırmasına olanak sağlamakta ve ihraç edilen Honey miktarı, ihraç oranı parametresi ve ilgili fonksiyonun en son çağrıldığı zamandan itibaren geçen blok sayısına bağlıdır. Dolayısıyla, artış oranı bu fonksiyonun hangi sıklıkta çağrıldığına bağlıdır.

Bununla birlikte, ihraç oranının topluluk içerisinde önemli ve [tartışmalı bir konu](https://forum.1hive.org/t/discussion-honey-issuance-policy/231) başlığı olduğu ve ihraç politikasının tadil edilmesi konusunda genel bir mutabakat oluştuğu da ifade edilmelidir. Devam eden bu tartışmalar sonucunda, [Luna Swarm](/tuerkce/community/swarms/luna.md) tarafından mevcut politikanın yerine geçecek [dinamik bir ihraç politikasının](/tuerkce/projects/honey/honey-improvements.md) resmi olarak teklif edilmesi için modelleme çalışmaları başlatılmıştır.
