# Planlanan İyileştirmeler

## Dinamik İhraç Politikası

Bu yeni politika, ortak havuzda tutulan toplam arzın spesifik bir oranda bulunması açısından ortak havuzda Honey ihraç ederek veya yok ederek (issuing ve burning) Honey arzını düzenleyecektir. Bu yeni politikanın iki temel hedefi aşağıdaki şekilde özetlenebilir:

* Azalan çıkışlara ve/veya geri alım mekanizmalarından dolayı artan girişlere karşılık ihracı otomatik olarak azaltarak veya token burn ederek değer yaratım teşviklerini daha iyi dengelemek.
* İhraç oranını düzensiz bir şekilde geçici karar teklifleri yoluyla güncellemeye gerek duymak yerine net bir şekilde tanımlanmış algoritma politikasına dayalı olarak ihraç değişikliklerini daha öngörül 

[Luna Swarm](/tuerkce/community/swarms/luna.md), yeni politikanın belirlenmesi için modellemeler üzerine çalışıyor ve uygulamaya konacak resmi teklifi 2021 yılının Ocak ayı içerisinde hazırlamayı hedefliyor.

## Celeste Entegrasyonu

Öneriler, Teklifler ve Kararlar tartışmaya açılabilir hale getirilecek. Bu da teklifte bulunanların teminat olarak Honey yatırmasını gerektirecek ve teklifte bulunanların [Topluluk Sözleşmesi](/tuerkce/community-covenant.md)'ne uymamaları halinde diğer üyeler [Celeste](/tuerkce/projects/celeste.md)'i çağırarak karşı çıkabileceklerdir.

Entegrasyon çalışması şu anda devam etmekte ve Celeste'in lansmanı ile aynı anda gerçekleştirilmesi planlanmakta.
