## Kanaat Oylaması

Kanaat Oylaması, tekliflerin sürekli ve eş zamanlı olarak oluşturulmasına ve değerlendirilmesine olanak sağlamaktadır. Katılımcılar, destekledikleri teklifleri tercih ettiklerini belirtebilmekle birlikte birden fazla teklif üzerinde kendi oy haklarının "çifte etki" yaratması söz konusu değildir.

Bir teklifi desteklemeye başladıklarında, destek (yani kanaat) hemen uygulanmaz; onun yerine üstsel azalma fonksiyonu veya yarılanma süresine göre zaman içerisinde hesaba kaydedilmelidir.

Şu anda, Honey dağıtımın etkileyen iki tür teklif bulunmaktadır: Honey talep etmeyen sinyal teklifleri ve honey talebinde bulunan fonlama teklifleri.

Fonlama teklifleri için, ortak havuzda bulunan fonlara bağlı olarak talep edilen fon oranına bağlı belirlenen bir yürürlüğe koyma eşiği bulunmaktadır. Bu oran ne kadar yüksek olursa gereken eşik de o kadar yüksektir.
